My family and I spent Christmas at a wonderful hotel with excellent value. The location of the hotel was simply breathtaking as it offered a stunning view of the harbor and city. We were fortunate enough to have booked a room with a view and it made our stay all the more memorable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a good mix of the traditional Japanese style with some modern amenities. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional food that was included in our price. We enjoyed a nice dinner and breakfast at the hotel, which added to the lovely experience.
One of the drawbacks of this hotel was its distance from the city and major attractions. As it was located up on a hill, it was not feasible to travel on foot.

The hotel's location is a bit remote and requires transportation to reach the station or city center. a shuttle service is available, and taxi rides are not too expensive. the rooms are spacious and well, kept, with traditional Japanese elements and views of the surrounding area. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing in, room breakfast and quick service. Amenities such as a wooden bath and well, stocked fridge add to the comfortable stay.
A few spots in the room could benefit from updating or fixing.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us, including printing out a bus schedule for us. The onsen facilities were also very relaxing and clean. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel was a great convenience as it saved us time traveling to this location. Moreover, the breakfast offered a wonderful traditional Japanese experience that we truly enjoyed.
Everything was fantastic, and we found no negative aspects to our stay.

Spent New Year at a hotel that had amazing views of the city and sea. the onsen was incredible with both indoor and outdoor options, and the staff were friendly and welcoming even with the language barrier. the traditional Japanese breakfast was tasty and included local dishes. the room was well-maintained with lots of extra amenities, and there was a fridge with different beverages to choose from.
The hotel was a bit remote and not easy to get to without a taxi, but this was made up for by the stunning views.
